Numerous products are directly inspired by Mother Nature, with varying degrees of similarity, but always in the pursuit of timeless beauty and absolute perfection, a standard that Quadra has attained through masterful craftsmanship. The complex techniques employed convincingly transform surfaces into seemingly authentic stone, marble, quartz, and concrete,
as well as wood, metal, and
anything else one can imagine.
Quadra is an ultra-fine man-made stone manufactured by reflecting the same combination of pressure and heat from which stone originates in nature. The process is known as “sinterization”, a cutting-edge, highly innovative Italian-designed, technological revolution. It consists of fusing stone particles until they become unified material, with no pores
left for moisture, stains, or dirt to enter.
The sinterization process makes Quadra durable and strong on many different levels: its non-porous surface makes it resistant to weather and staining, while the qualities gained from the fusing process make it resistant to chemicals, scratching and even fire. Moreover, Quadra’s distinctive super density grants unparalleled structural strength both in length and width.
Quadra is non-fading or staining, and as such it does not require polishing or coating, contrary to most stone, concrete, marble and wooden surfaces. Quadra’s non-porous surface means dirt is unable to accumulate in surface pores commonly found on stone and wood.
Quadra’s 12mm thickness is compatible with two kinds of installation methods: it can either be attached or vertically hung to metal inserts, the same way glass curtain walls are hung. Quadra’s inherent strength makes it structural in its own right, as with table tops, etc.
Availability assuranceQuadra is readily available, meaning projects are not to be held up by the same waiting periods experienced when ordering certain natural stone or wood products. Moreover, unique random digital patterns and size consistency are guaranteed.
